He has over 20 years of experience in petroleum liquid and gas transportation system design, construction, operation and maintenance. Touting an extensive background in pipeline design and hydraulic modeling, terminal operations and design, measurement and SCADA systems, Bryan experience spans all facets of engineering design and construction management.
His expertise includes project management, right-of-way acquisition, environmental reporting, permitting, surveying, detailed engineering, purchasing, expediting and receiving materials and construction management.
